This privacy policy explains what QuickBooksFixPro collects, why, and what we do with it. It applies to quickbooksfixpro.com.

Information you give us

When you submit our support request form or email support@quickbooksfixpro.com, you send us your name, email address, optionally a phone number, and a description of your problem. That information is used only to respond to your request and, if you become a support customer, to provide the service.

We do not ask for and do not want your QuickBooks password, bank credentials, Social Security number or payment card numbers. Never send those by email or web form.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and timestamps — to deliver the site, prevent abuse and keep it secure. This data is used in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

We intentionally do not run invasive third-party advertising trackers on this site. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, this policy will say so before it goes live.

Cookies and local storage

The site itself uses browser local storage only to remember small interface preferences, such as whether you already answered a "Was this guide helpful?" prompt. We do not use it to track you across other websites. Third parties whose content we embed (for example, fonts served by Google Fonts) may receive your IP address to deliver those files; we load only the resources needed to display the page.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and respond to you (for example, our hosting and email providers), and only to the extent needed to do that. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

How long we keep it

Support requests are kept for as long as needed to help you and to maintain a record of the issue, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can email support@quickbooksfixpro.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have given us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honour reasonable requests regardless of location.

Children

This site is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to submitted data, and avoid collecting more information than we need. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive credentials through any form on any website.
